Biography
Stuart Bailey works in a range of media including sculpture, printmedia and video. His work engages with a very contemporary kind of disconnection between political awareness and actions. His studio output is a reaction to this reality and embody a response more idiosyncratic than activist.
Stuart studied Printmedia at Canberra School of Art, Australian National University and Kyoto Seika University, Japan. He currently lectures in the Printmedia studio at Sydney College of the Arts where he is a PhD candidate. |
